Tuesday AM Blog: Nice Temperatures with rain chances

Good Tuesday morning!  I hope your week has started off great.  Hopefully you have a short week and it won’t be to stressful for you.  I am a little stressed with work and trying to finish the Christmas shopping.  So before I head to work today I need to go Christmas shopping.  If you know me I am not much of a shopper, but it needs to be done, lol.  At least the weather is pretty nice today.  Take a look at the radar below.

We have partly sunny skies and dry conditions around the area.  I expect highs today in the lower 60s.  We do have a fast moving storm system that will be moving in tonight that will give us a few scattered showers later tonight.

Late tonight

These showers will quickly push east and we will see a nice day on Wednesday.

Wednesday temps

Temperatures stay nice as we head into Christmas.  We will see chances for a few showers mainly late in the day.

Christmas Eve Forecast

A bigger storm system is working in over the weekend.  As of right now it looks like mainly rain.  However, it is something we want to watch.  For all of my long range forecast thoughts go to headypattern.com

Also we have our free WEATHER APP that lets you access our forecast, blog, radar and weather alerts. I think it’s a must if you own an Apple or Android phone.

LONG RANGE FORECAST: Based off of the HP(Heady Pattern)

SLIGHT CHANCES:  MEAN IT IS A WEAKER SYSTEM THAT WILL GIVE US SCATTERED SHOWERS OR SNOW SHOWERS.

IF I DON’T SAY SLIGHT:  THAT MEANS THIS IS A STRONGER SYSTEM THAT WILL GIVE US MUCH BETTER PRECIPITATION CHANCES

Next Week: Rain and possibly some snow chances on Monday.  Colder temperatures work in for the middle of the week, but we should be mainly dry.  Warmer temperatures for the weekend with rain chances returning.

Jan 3rd-9th:

Mild with rain chances to start the week.  As colder air works in we could see a rain snow mix for Tuesday and Wednesday.  Colder and dry for the rest of the week.

Jan 10th-16th:

Mild and dry to start the week.  Rain chances on Wednesday and Thursday.  Cooler temperatures to end the week with rain and snow chances.
