Wednesday Night Blog: Great temperatures with more thunderstorms working in

Good Wednesday night!  I hope you have had a great week so far.  Mine has been pretty good, but of course busy.  Today has been a long day with getting up and heading to KC for my migraine appointment.  Of course I am from KC so I have to grab some hometown bbq.  Then shoot back home, change and head into work.

At least the weather has been great for the past several days.  We will continue to see great temperatures over the next few days with thunderstorms increasing.  However, we look great now.

Most of Thursday looks great!

Thursday

We could see a few random showers sneaking in during the evening hours.  The best chances for this will be along and south of I-44.

Chances for showers and thunderstorms will increase on Friday.  A few pop-up thunderstorms by Friday afternoon.

Friday PM

Watch the cold front out to the west, it will plow east on Friday night.

Friday night

Friday night and Saturday morning will be our best chances for showers and thunderstorms.  However, most of the storms will be out of here by mid morning on Saturday as the cold front plunges south.

Saturday

This will leave behind great temperatures for the rest of the weekend.

I will update all of my long range forecasts and what I am looking at for the fall on headypattern.com here in just a bit.  Have a great night and Thursday.

LONG RANGE FORECAST IS BELOW BASED OFF THE HEADY PATTERN:

Here is your 7-day forecast:

Remember that you can sign up for WeatherCall by clicking the WeatherCall link at the top of the page. WeatherCall, in our opinion, is the best tool on the market to keep you safe during severe weather.

Also we have our free WEATHER APP that lets you access our forecast, blog, radar and weather alerts. I think it’s a must if you own an Apple or Android phone.

LONG RANGE FORECAST: Based off of the HP(Heady Pattern)

SLIGHT CHANCES:  MEAN IT IS A WEAKER SYSTEM THAT WILL GIVE US SCATTERED SHOWERS OR SNOW SHOWERS.

IF I DON’T SAY SLIGHT:  THAT MEANS THIS IS A STRONGER SYSTEM

Next Week:  Warm with chances for thunderstorms back in the forecast Tuesday through Friday.  Staying warm into the weekend.

August 28th-September 10th:  Heating up with slight chances for thunderstorms on Thursday and Friday.
