Good early Friday morning, everyone. After some spots had to deal with rain and t-storms on Wednesday, we kept things quiet for yesterday. It was cooler behind the front with temperatures topping out in the lower 60s in most spots. Even though we have cooled down quite a bit, we’re keeping things quiet on the radar below…
Even though we’re keeping the weekend quiet behind the front, we’ll have to start things off with the coldest morning of the season so far. It won’t be close to a hard freeze, but it will be cold with temperatures by 7 AM in the upper 30s. With lows this morning starting around 38°, I wouldn’t be surprised if there was some patchy frost…
Even though we start cold, we do warm up a bit with a light breeze and mostly sunny skies waiting for us. We should be in the middle 50s by the noon hour with afternoon highs today topping out near 61°…
With no systems lined up for this weekend, we’ll keep things quiet. A southerly wind will return starting on Saturday, so that will mean highs will go back near 72° on Saturday with middle and upper 70s returning on Sunday. We hold in the 70s for much of next week with the start of the week staying quiet as well. If you’re wondering when we’ll see our next chance for rain and t-storms, that will return with our next system that will move in late Tuesday and into Wednesday…
After that system works through, we’ll go into next weekend quiet with temperatures on the chilly to mild side. Don’t forget that Doug has you covered with the long range forecast out to Christmas over on headypattern.com
Have a great day, everyone!
