Tuesday night blog: Rain working in late tonight

Good Tuesday evening!  I hope your day was great!  Mine wasn’t to bad.  I stayed busy through the day.  I got up and did stuff around the house and then took my son some lunch at school.  Christian is 7, I wonder how many more years he is going to allow me to actually bring him lunch before he doesn’t want me around.  So, I will take advantage of it now.  I have been working on well my work stuff and watching a little bit of the world series at the same time.

Our next storm system is working in with chances for showers and a random thundershower of the next 24 hours.  We have had the clouds all day long but still our temperatures were well above our average high for this time of the year.  Our average is about 68 degrees and we have been topping out into the upper 70s over the past couple of days.  Take a look at the radar below with some showers picking up.

Here is a break down on what I am expecting with this system and a look at Halloween.

LONG RANGE FORECAST IS BELOW BASED OFF THE HEADY PATTERN:

Here is your 7-day forecast:

Remember that you can sign up for WeatherCall by clicking the WeatherCall link at the top of the page. WeatherCall, in our opinion, is the best tool on the market to keep you safe during severe weather.

Also we have our free WEATHER APP that lets you access our forecast, blog, radar and weather alerts. I think it’s a must if you own an Apple or Android phone.

LONG RANGE FORECAST: Based off of the HP(Heady Pattern)

SLIGHT CHANCES:  MEAN IT IS A WEAKER SYSTEM THAT WILL GIVE US SCATTERED SHOWERS OR SNOW SHOWERS.

IF I DON’T SAY SLIGHT:  THAT MEANS THIS IS A STRONGER SYSTEM

Next week:  Mild temperatures stick around with rain chances increasing for Monday night and Tuesday.  As a second wave works in, rain chances stick around on Wednesday and Thursday with cooler temperatures working in for Thursday and Friday.  Mild and dry for the beginning of the weekend.

November 6th-12th:  A couple of waves this week will keep rain chances around from Monday through Friday.  We will have mild temperatures to start the week, but cooler temperatures work in for the second half of the week.
