Good Saturday evening, everyone. Thanks to a breezy day with a good southwest wind, we saw afternoon highs climb into the lower 80s. Keep in mind that we should normally be topping out in the middle to upper 60s as we wrap up the month of October. We’ll end the last weekend of October on another pretty mild note, but we’ll stay quiet on the radar below…
Going into Sunday, we will see a quick little cool down thanks to a cold front that will work in from the northwest…
Even though the front will weaken as it passes through Sunday, it’ll be strong enough to shift our wind out of the north and cool us down a bit compared to today. We should see partly sunny skies for the day with afternoon highs topping out around 74°…
Don’t expect that north wind to last long, though. Sunday night and Monday morning, the wind shifts back out of the south and warms us up for Halloween. We’ll keep things quiet but it’ll be warm on Monday with highs in the lower to middle 80s. For trick-or-treaters, it’ll be pretty mild for Halloween night, but we keep the skies quiet…
After another quiet and warm day on Tuesday, another system will work in for the middle of the week. That will bring t-storm chances starting Wednesday afternoon and it’ll continue Wednesday night through Thursday morning…
After we get rid of most of the rain chances Thursday morning, we keep things quiet going into next weekend. Also, we’ll be expecting more fall-like air to work back in with highs next weekend in the lower 70s.
