Tuesday Evening November 15th Update – Interesting Changes Still On the Way

Good Tuesday evening, everyone. After we had to deal with some fog this morning, we had another great day. With mostly sunny skies and a light south breeze, we saw temperatures warm into lower 70s this afternoon. This felt more like a mid-October day instead of the middle of November! Mother Nature is still set to bring us back to reality by the weekend, though. For now and the rest of the night, we’ll stay quiet on the radar below…

After a cool start in the morning with temperatures in the upper 40s, another mostly sunny and warm day will work in. The map below may not exactly line up with what our forecast is, but it still has the right idea…

We’re expecting highs around 79° for your Wednesday afternoon. If that holds up, we’ll break the old record high of 78°set back in 1952. We’ll repeat the same story all over again for Thursday. We’ll have some more cloud cover, but we’ll keep the afternoon quiet under partly sunny skies. Highs will go back into the upper 70s before our storm system starts working in. That incoming system will be knocking on our door as we go into Thursday evening…

By late Thursday evening and into Thursday night, that’s when we’ll have some scattered t-storms push through. Ahead of the front, we’ll have t-storm chances late Thursday evening into Friday morning…

Behind the front, we’ll have dropping temperatures throughout the day on Friday. We stay quiet for the weekend, but it’ll be our coldest weekend so far. After we start near 30° on Saturday morning, highs will only top out in the middle 40s. We’re still expecting a hard freeze for Saturday night and Sunday morning with overnight lows dropping to 26°…

After Sunday morning’s chill, we’ll have afternoon highs Sunday into the middle next week top out between the middle 50s and 60°. Tuesday will have rain chances work back in. If you’re curious about any possible rain chances by Thanksgiving and how the next several weeks look, Doug has you covered over on headypattern.com.

Have a good night and a great Wednesday!

LONG RANGE FORECAST: Based off of the HP(Heady Pattern)

SLIGHT CHANCES:  MEAN IT IS A WEAKER SYSTEM THAT WILL GIVE US SCATTERED SHOWERS OR SNOW SHOWERS.

IF I DON’T SAY SLIGHT:  THAT MEANS THIS IS A STRONGER SYSTEM

Next Week:  A cold start to the week with slight chances for rain on Tuesday and Wednesday.  Temperatures slowly warm up a bit for Thanksgiving and Black Friday with Rain chances returning for Black Friday.  Cooling back down for Saturday.

November 27th-December 3rd:  A mild start to the week, but quickly cooling down with rain chances on Sunday and Monday.  With colder air working in, we could have a wintry mix by Tuesday.  The cold air sticks around through the middle of the week.  Mild temperatures return late in the week with rain chances by the weekend.
