Monday Evening Blog: Nice temperatures with thunderstorms in the forecast

Good Monday evening!  I hope your week has started off great!  Mine has been pretty good.  I had a fantastic weekend with a quick trip to Tulsa to catch up with my best friend.  Also got a lot of stuff done around the house yesterday.  I actually have to head back to Chicago in a couple of days to keep up with my migraine treatment, so my work week is definitely a short one.  However, at least the weather is fantastic.  Take a look at the radar below.

We had a weak cold front pass through earlier today.  So any showers and thunderstorms are well to our SE.  We do have more showers and thunderstorms in the forecast.  Here is my latest video-cast.

Don’t forget, you can get my super long range forecast on headypattern.com

Also, we have our free WEATHER APP that lets you access our forecast, blog, radar and weather alerts. We think it’s a must if you own an Apple or Android phone.

LONG RANGE FORECAST: Based off of the HP(Heady Pattern)

SLIGHT CHANCES:  MEAN IT IS A WEAKER SYSTEM THAT WILL GIVE US SCATTERED SHOWERS OR SNOW SHOWERS.

IF I DON’T SAY SLIGHT:  THAT MEANS THIS IS A STRONGER SYSTEM

Next Week:  Chances for showers and thunderstorms on Sunday and Monday.  Warming up with slight chances for thunderstorms on Wednesday.  Staying warm through the week with strong to severe storms on Friday and Saturday.

April 23rd-29th: A mild start to the week with a warming trend through the middle of the week.  Thunderstorms on Wednesday and Thursday that could be strong to severe.
