Good Saturday evening, everyone. We backed off on some of the humidity for today compared to how muggy it was yesterday afternoon. It was still a hot day with afternoon highs in the upper 80s and lower 90s. After we had a few strong to severe t-storms late last night and early this morning, everyone had a nice and quiet Saturday for any outdoor plans. Going into tonight, we should not see anything popping up in our area on the radar below…
If I can find one phrase/song to sum up next week, the late and great Glenn Frey said it best… “The Heat is On.” The upper ridge out west still plans on sending a little more summer heat and humidity our way.
