Saturday PM July 29th – Staying Below Normal Next Week

Good Saturday evening, everyone. When we usually go into late July and early August, it should be hot and humid. In other words, it should feel like classic summer. After spending two weeks in the heat, though, it’s nice to see a change work in! We finally saw highs drop back into the middle to upper 80s. That’s the coolest we’ve been since July 14th when we had highs only drop back to 89°. We’ll keep things quiet once again tonight with any t-storms on the radar below staying out to our west…

Going through next week, we’ll certainly start off on a good note with no 90s in sight. With a cold front wanting to bring in t-storm chances late in the week, that could cool us down quite a bit more. I walk you through the latest forecast, including when those t-storm chances might want to return, right below…

Don’t forget that Doug has you covered with his long-range forecast and his latest thoughts on the pattern over at headypattern.com

Have a good night and a great Sunday!
