Saturday PM September 23rd – Warm to Start the First Full Week of Fall

Good Saturday evening, everyone. Even though it was another warm day for our second day of fall, it was nice and quiet around here. Even with passing clouds, we didn’t see any rain or t-storms pop up. We did bounce up to 90° this afternoon after starting in the upper 60s this morning. T-storms have been quite prevalent in western Kansas today and this evening on the radar below, but they will not make it here tonight…

While we start the new week ahead of us on a warm note, we do have a cold front waiting in the wings. Not only will that bring t-storm chances back in, that will also finally bring more fall-like air our way. I have the latest forecast broken down for you right below…

Don’t forget that Doug has you covered with his long-range forecast and his latest thoughts on the pattern over at

Have a good night and a great Sunday!
