Tuesday PM January 2nd – The Thaw Is Coming…

Good late Tuesday evening, everyone. Mother Nature still has us in the chill, but we at least improved from our cold start to 2018. After tying record lows Monday morning and highs Monday afternoon in the lower to middle teens, we had a slight uptick on the thermometer. It was still cold, though, with lows in the lower to middle single digits and highs today in the lower 20s. We have another cold front that will work through Wednesday morning, but it won’t do much for us on the radar below…

With the passing cold front, the north breeze will keep us in the upper 20s for the next few days. By the weekend, that’s when we’ll finally go back above freezing. That’s also when we’ll watch for better rain chances to work back in. I have the latest forecast updated for you right below…

Don’t forget that Doug has your long-forecast and latest thoughts on the pattern over at headypattern.com

Have a good night and a great Wednesday!
