Late Saturday PM December 2nd – A Taste of Winter on the Way

Good Saturday evening, everyone. The calendar may say it’s early December, but it certainly didn’t feel like it today. After a cool start in the middle 40s, we had a nice afternoon with highs in the middle to upper 60s. It also helped that the sky stayed quiet and fair through most of the day. We do have clouds working back in as we go through the overnight, but we won’t see anything pop up on the radar below…

How do I best sum up the week ahead? If you’ve enjoyed this prolonged spell of unseasonably mild weather, you’ll have a few more days to savor it. Once we get past Monday, the bottom will start to drop and we’ll see some of the coldest air of the season so far work in. I have the latest forecast updated, including when we’ll see t-storm chances work in on Monday and when the cold air arrives, right below…

Don’t forget that Doug has you covered with his long-range forecast and his latest thoughts on the pattern over at headypattern.com

Have a good night and a great Sunday!

Nick
