Sunday PM June 4th – Trending Drier for the Week Ahead

Good Sunday evening, everyone. We’ve seen our fair share of scattered rain and t-storms over the course of the weekend. Thankfully, we didn’t have to deal with any severe weather. Despite the clouds and the rain, though, we actually managed another warm day across the area. After starting in the 60s, Sunday afternoon highs climbed to 80°. As we go into the rest of the night, we have one last band of rain on the radar below…

After we get that last band of rain out of here, we’ll have a more calm setup for most of the week. Not only that, we’ll stay warm for most of the week. We may even have a shot of getting some early summer heat in here by the end of the coming weekend. I walk you through the latest forecast below…

Don’t forget about Doug’s long-range forecast and his latest thoughts on the pattern over at headypattern.com

Have a good night and a great Monday!

SLIGHT CHANCES:  MEAN IT IS A WEAKER SYSTEM THAT WILL GIVE US SCATTERED SHOWERS OR SNOW SHOWERS.

IF I DON’T SAY SLIGHT:  THAT MEANS THIS IS A STRONGER SYSTEM

June 11th-17th:  Hot most of the week with slight chances for thunderstorms on Thursday and Friday.
