Late Saturday PM February 3rd – Two Systems to Watch Over the Next Few Days

Good late Saturday evening, everyone. It was a quiet day from the skies above, but it was a bit of a different story on the ground. Not only was it another day with highs above normal, we had dry air at the surface and a good south breeze for most of the day. That combination did not make it ideal for any outdoor burning. We’re trying to at least improve the moisture over the area as we have a few systems on the horizon over the next few days. We go into the late night hours quiet on the radar below…

For Superbowl Sunday, we’ll definitely be trending colder compared to today. Combine the front with an upper level system passing through, there could be a few snow showers to contend with as well. After a break on Monday, we’ll have another system to closely watch for Tuesday. I have details on both of those systems, plus the rest of the week, in your updated forecast below…
